A group of friends have a get-together. They're having fun and are playing badminton in backyard when a crazed overweight man warns them that they are doomed. Soon enough, midget zombies appear and attack them. Other midget zombies soon show up. The young people take shelter in their house. But all communication has been cut off. Are they the last ones left alive on earth? Can they prevent the midget zombies from taking their lives? Can they repopulate the Earth? Will their be any survivors?

Hilarious B-Grade Movie

Midget Zombie Takeover will not fail to entertain someone with a sense of humor who doesn't mind a movie that is made deliberately cheesy. The work of Glenn Berggoetz is right up my alley as he makes films that are deliberately low budget b-grade or even z-grade movies. After all, one of his previous efforts was called "The Worst Movie Ever." It was deliberately made really, really bad and it is indeed awful, but in an entertaining way. (Sorry to say, that it isn't "The Worst Movie Ever" despite the title). Now, with a title like Midget Zombie Takeover, you basically know what you are going to get. We're not talking Citizen Kane here, but that's fine with me. I loved Midget Zombie Takeover. It was hilarious. The concept of the movie was totally ridiculous and it was played that way. The movie's silliness can be seen in every aspect. The dialogue is very punny. For example, the Overweight Prophet Of Doom says that he has "their cock" in his hand as he holds the shuttle cock. Snare drum roll please . . . There is plenty of other punny, silly dialogue in here if one listens. The characters act like morons, which is also hilarious, such as abandoning their friends when the zombies are biting their ankles. They assume the world has ended on evidence no better than their cell phones being out and no TV. Some of them want to immdediately repopulate the Earth and have sex rather than trying to survive. The make-up is actually not too bad. The blood and gore is minimal, but it still works. The main part of Midget Zombie Takeover is that it's hilariously entertaining. I give Midget Zombie Takeover 8 out of 10.
